I'm based in Hasselt, Belgium and my love of photography goes back to 1978 when my husband (my boyfriend at that time) and I went to almost every local and national car rally (like the WRC today). Our area of interest widened, but focused on nature while we were living in the US for a year. From there we moved to Germany where we stayed for another eight years and the passion for photography slowly cooled. However, we developed our own black and whites in our bathroom.
Since the coming of the digital cameras we are again head over heels, clicking away, we have snapped about 2000 GB worth of images onto our hard disks. Today we still love nature, but sports photography is also in our hearts, handball in particular!
