Tender Feelings : who or what is that ?

Tender Feelings wants to house the 'softer side of the internet'. On the world wide web, plenty of people write about hard, fast subjects. But sometimes you forget that mankind need a place to calm down, to inspire himself again for the big adventure that life is.

In 1997 the Dutch version of this site saw daylight. Since 2004 more than 10 people have been writing on a daily basis for our Dutch blog. We write columns, quote people, feature our (and your) pictures, ...

You think you want to collaborate ?

Do you think you to can write nice stories, columns, poems about the softer site of life ? Send it in and we publish it. If you think you can deliver on a regular basis, then you even get your own page and your own login. We always welcome new members or guest authors, and of course, it goes without saying, we put your name as the author on the article.

Once in its history, Ouarzazate had been a small crossing point for African traders seeking to reach northern cities in Morocco and Europe. During the French period, Ouarzazate expanded considerably as a garrison town, administrative centre, and customs post. It is home to the casbah of Taourirt, (the casbah of the former caïd and later the possession of T'hami El Glaoui). The Krupps field gun which secured Glaoui power is outside.

At present, it hosts one of the largest movie studios in the world, Atlas Studios. Several historical movies were shot on those studios (e.g. Astérix et Cléopâtre, Lawrence of Arabia, The Man Who Would Be King, Cleopatra, Kundun, Gladiator and lately Alexander, Kingdom of Heaven and Babel).
