Well, I hope to be a pro-chef at the end of the study-period. The Institute is famous and garanties a job in a restaurant for every student who graduates. At least 1 year in my life I want to work in the kitchen of fine-dining restaurant. I like to think that I have the skills.
And yes, it is expensive. That's why I'll have roommate (a fellow student) for the 4 months of the course, and that's why I will work at the schoolrestaurant during the course. I saved money already during the past 2 years so I can survive.
But nobody ever claimed that dreams are for free.
